Online Shopping with a Twist

As Samoa continues to recover from Cyclone Gita, MAD PACIFIC  and Chan Mow Supermarket (famously known as "AMAU" Supermarket) teamed-up for the whole of last week to offer a much needed free delivery service and essential products for its online supermarket customers from overseas to purchase groceries and cleaning products for their families in Samoa. 

The deal included -

• Free Delivery to anywhere in Upolu, Free delivery Delivery to Mulifanua Wharf for customers travelling from Savaii
• Free Fresh White Bread (x2)
• Free Anchor Butter
• Free ABC Torch
• Free Shirts (limited stock)
• Free Process and Handling Fee

According to a Mad Pacific representative, this was one of the companys most rewarding and successful online campaign since launch in Samoa, July 2017. 

It was a win-win situation for everyone because not only we delivered orders to families around Upolu, we introduced private video messaging. The private video messages provided families overseas with an update of their families and extent of damage to property after the cyclone -"some of the purchasing customers lost contact with their families after the cyclone due to power outage and disconnected phone lines with no cellphone coverage" - Tim (Mad Pacific Driver).
